Even though English is an official language of India, much is lost in the translation of the words "hot" and "spicy." But vindaloo, loaded up with bhut jolokia, or ghost peppers in English, is known in the culinary scene as one of the world's hottest dishes. Although many Indian restaurants shy away from offering a full-impact vindaloo, 10-year-old Sangam Indian Cuisine never has. Sure, they'll fix you a mild-mannered vindaloo, but if you can take the heat, they will be happy to oblige.
