First there was an hour delay for lightning. Then there was an hour delay for the stage setup. People were tired, cranky and soggy ... until the first notes of “B.O.B.” rang out. Outkast crushed its nearly two-hour set and all was forgiven. (A late entry, but so damn worth the mention.)
