Whether you’re a serious athlete training for a race or a couch potato momentarily inspired from watching an old Rocky flick, McMullen Creek Greenway is a great place to get your jog on. The entrance is located off Pineville-Matthews Road, and the shady four-mile trail — with markers every 1/4-mile — has both dirt and asphalt stretches, as well as several boardwalks with wetland observation decks.
