Arrested and fired after he reportedly locked himself in his elementary school classroom with heroin, McDonald at first glance isn’t the most ideal role model for a teacher. But as stress-relief tactics go, he may be on to something. Hell, his techniques probably work better than the tips anyone ever learned in teacher’s college.
