The Campbell Soup Company, Harris Teeter, Procter & Gamble, and Bruce Moffett, award-winning chef-owner of popular Charlotte restaurants Barrington’s, Good Food on Montford, and Stagioni have partnered to host a live virtual cooking class with Chef Moffett to help engage families and chefs at home during the COVID-19 quarantine. As part of the program, we will be donating Harris Teeter and Moffett Restaurant Group gift cards and cookbooks to frontline workers in the Charlotte area.
Chef Moffett will conduct a live virtual cooking demo for at-home chefs on June 18th at 11:00 AM Eastern, sharing quick and easy recipes from his cookbook Bruce Moffett Cooks. The three recipes Bruce will be cooking up are: lobster roll on Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse Buns, a V8 gazpacho, and a lobster dip served with Cape Cod potato chips. All recipes will include staple items found in pantries and products that are available for purchase at Harris Teeter. Following the demo, Chef Moffett will hold an interactive question-and-answer period with those watching from home.
