Two chef-owners will be missed. Like so many others, I enjoyed chef Mark Martin’s easy style at Ethan’s and Chris Zion’s precise dishes at the Meeting House. Now students at the Art Institute will benefit from Martin’s skill. With regret, gentlemen: auf wiedersehen.
