Pinkberry employees serve the yogurt from behind the counter, which is a definite advantage. After watching young children “play” with the nozzles at a serve-your-own-then-weigh-it frozen yogurt shop, I decided to cast my vote for Pinkberry. Self-serve yogurt might fly Uptown with an adult customer base, but not in the ’burbs.
