Maybe it's the tattoos? Maybe it's the blunt honesty? Maybe it's because she keeps her important parts covered? For whatever reason, Pink has flown relatively low on the pop icon radar. It's a pity that she's not on the notoriety level of Britney Spears or Christina Aguilera (maybe it's the lack of scandalous behavior?). After all, she sings live, does all her own stunts (her tours include plenty of aerial acrobatics) and her sanity appears intact. Her breakup songs go straight for the balls instead of pussyfooting around, á la Taylor Swift. "U & Ur Hand" and "So What" are the perfect kiss-offs.
