The Deal: Two dozen or so musicians give their advice, tips and share a few stories about just about everything sex-related, from the mundane to the more personal.

The Good: The book shares the sexual opinions of 23 rock stars — Acey Slade (Murderdolls/Dope), Adde (Hardcore Superstar), Allison Robertson (The Donnas), Andrew WK, Blasko (Ozzy Osbourne/Rob Zombie), Brent Muscat (Faster Pussycat), Bruce Kulick (Kiss/Grand Funk Railroad), Chip Z'Nuff (Enuff Z'Nuff/Adler's Appetite), Courtney Taylor-Taylor (The Dandy Warhols), Danko Jones, Doug Robb (Hoobastank), Evan Seinfeld (Biohazard), Ginger (The Wildhearts), Handsome Dick Manitoba (The Dictators/MC5), James Kottak (Scorpions), Jesse Hughes (Eagles of Death Metal), Jimmy Ashhurst (Buckcherry), Joel O'Keeffe (Airbourne), Lemmy (Motorhead), Nicke Borg (Korn/Otep), Toby Rand (Juke Kartel), Vazquez (Damone) — when it comes to topics such as lingerie, positions, plastic surgery, masturbation, foreplay, drugs, marriage, dating etc.

Of course, most of what Lemmy says is hilarious — after that, a good percentage of the book is pretty straight-forward stuff. There are a few sordid tales here and there, but if you're looking for graphic and the backstage details, you're better off reading The Last Living Slut.

I was impressed that they got at least one girl's opinion in here — that of Robertson.

Some questions that were asked — Do blondes have more fun? Do you prefer youth or experience? What's the best way to meet you? Is sex better when you're under the influence? What's the strangest fetish you were asked to participate in? What city has the wildest groupies? What's the strangest sex toy you've ever seen?

The Bad: I expected more stories from backstage — those salacious tales of groupies and excess, but didn't really find much. I knew what to expect when they asked if they like implants or natural, their preference on grooming, when you know it's time for a divorce, etc.

The Verdict: Not a bad read, but a lot of the opinions are what you'd expect when it comes to the topics of love, divorce and preferences. What kind of tips are you going to get from a group of guys that just look to meet a woman, fuck her and move on... or date women just like everyone else but have the problem of touring to compete with?
