While everybody's wrapped up in Carolina Panther pride, there's another team in town that's holding its own and they need your support. Despite a heartbreaking injury to Michael Kidd-Gilchrist before the season could even begin, the Hornets are holding down a respectable 10 - 8 record, one spot out of the playoffs if it were all to end today. But, fret not, we're not even a quarter of the way through the season.

If you're having trouble finding your passion for the Hornets this season and need a way to get hype, we've got you covered. On Wednesday night, before their home game against hometown wonder Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors (the Hornets got worked), the team premiered "Buzz City Pride," in which local spoken word poet Boris "Bluz" Rogers sets the pace for a video montage that features everything from flyovers at the old Hive to buzzer beaters at TWC arena. We assume it will be playing before games for the near future, but you can check it out here before your next visit to the arena.

Check the video out (you might want to move any breakables) and set it to your favorites. Hornets face the Bulls in Chicago on Saturday, so you can set the mood by watching this from your couch while in your underwear for all we care. It's all good.
