Weird Load Nation writer Chad Nance posted a must-read piece on N.C. Speaker of the House Thom Tillis' recent run-in with a Superior Court judge's ruling regarding his blatant determination to strip our children of their educations.

Here's a snippet

A Superior Court judge has told North Carolina's ALEC backed Tea Party Republicans in the General Assembly that he will not revisit his decision to order North Carolina to provide pre-kindergarten education to all at-risk 4-year-olds. Judge Howard Manning has also informed Tea Party/GOP legislative leaders they have no legal standing to intervene in the case.

In a ruling released Friday the Wake County Judge upheld his July decision to strike

down a portion of the state budget that would limit the number of 4-year-olds in need who could enroll in pre-k programs, ruling that the state Constitution requires the state to provide a quality education to all children. This would have effectively ended the MoreatFour program and snatched it from control of the department of education. this was part of a large scheme cooked up at ALEC conferences then implemented by Thom Tillis and his fellow Tea Party crew in the General Assembly.

...

Tea Party Thom Tillis, himself, seemed confused and didn't really seem to grasp what had happened to him.
