The clash: will The Ken stay or go?

Tomorrow's the big day. If he goes, will there be trouble? If he stays, will it be double? I bet the indecision's bugging him, so c'mon and let him know: Should he stay or should he blow?

Of all their wishes, some experts say, the one with the most chance of succeeding is the motion that would require separate people fill the positions of chairman and CEO. At Bank of America, both titles are held by Ken Lewis.

Shareholder activists say there's an inherent conflict in letting one person fill both roles. The board of directors is supposed to monitor the CEO, determine his pay, and fire him if he performs poorly – all of which becomes more difficult when the CEO is also running the board.
