Tax free shopping in North Carolina started today and what an exciting time shop! Many of your favorite stores are having sales on top of sales, and it's all tax free.

One of my favorite boutiques, Petal (1315 East Blvd.), is having a fabulous buy one, get one free weekend sale on jewelry. Come out on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and pick up a few new baubles. If you can't make it out during that time, don't worry. They're open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and 1 p.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday for all of your tax-free shopping needs.
