That's where NoDaRioty -- a nonprofit group advocating for local arts in the NoDa neighborhood -- comes in. The group's All Arts Market, a free event at Neighborhood Theatre where artists sell a variety of handmade arts and crafts, offers a solution to shopping miseries with its wide-range of selections, all under one roof.
