OK, yes, I am a procrastinator. Not only do I still not have concrete plans for how I'll be bringing in the new year, but I don't even have my outfit picked out yet. Grr.

Today I checked out one of my favorite shops, Boris & Natasha (1214 Thomas Ave.; 704-375-0079), to see what kind of options they have for a party dress to wear out for New Year's Eve.
