If you are feeling adventurous, try ordering omakase style at Fiji Sushi Bar & Lounge. "Omakase" is a Japanese phrase which means "it's up to you," which means to leave the menu selection up to the chef. He'll surprise you with his best sashimi and Asian fusion dishes. Among the dishes were soft shell crab, crab cakes with wasabi tartare sauce, Japanese lobster tail, lamb shanks, and more. I'd say the refreshing octopus salad and the rich dos leches cake were my favorite dishes that night.
