A four part series taught by Be Yoga’s Sonya Pfeiffer, RYT-500, Yoga for Runners will focus specifically on the needs of runners of all levels. Whether you are training for a race or are simply a regular runner, this workshop offers specifically designed practices that will assist in performance and help ward off injury.
