You will learn the essential basics to build a healthy & strong yoga practice with a solid foundation in breathing techniques (to relax, restore and energize) and alignment based yoga postures. Alternative, safe and effective versions of all postures will be discussed, allowing even beginners to move with safety, ease and awareness.
