CJ will begin by leading a 1 hour Yin (passive) practice, a restorative practice offering the opportunity to experience internal energy movement in the framework of stillness. The postures are typically relaxed into and from 3-5 minutes. Once the layers of the body have surrendered and the energy of the body is flowing at deeper levels, Kellie will lead you into a into a 1 hour Yang (active) class. This portion of the class will focus on the muscular realm of the body, moving through a more vigorous flow of standing postures linked with the breath.
