X AMBASSADORS
One year ago, X Ambassadors were opening for Lights for a concert at The Fillmore winning over fans with a lone single that was quickly ganing airplay. They returned to perform on the side stage at the 1065 Weenie Roast last fall, and now they’re back for a headlining gig. What a difference a year makes. Much of the band’s success is owed to “Renegades” and subtle hints of prog and ‘90s influences in its music. (Jeff Hahne)
