Christmas shopping doesn’t have to be stressful. As learned from the Germans, it can be low-key yet festive, relaxed and beer-tastic. Olde Mecklenburg Brewery’s annual Weihnachtsmarkt features an assortment of booths with locally made arts and crafts. To maintain the holiday spirit, there’s also spiced wine and the brewery’s new drink, an authentic German-style “Weihnachtsbockbier” (Christmas Bock beer).
