Vinyasa and Yin Workshop

When: Sun., Dec. 9, 1-3 p.m. 2018

A creative blend of vinyasa and yin! Half the class will use breath-based vinyasa to build strength, flexibility, and concentration to provide the space for inner stillness, peace, and introspection.
