When Van Halen reunited with David Lee Roth a handful of years back, fans went nuts and jumped on board. Each time the band came around town though, it followed the familiar nostalgia model of playing the hits and going through the motions. These days, however, Van Halen is throwing in more obscure and new tracks to mix up the sets... you know, like they actually give a shit now and are enjoying life on stage once again. (Jeff Hahne)
