Appetizer selections, Beef Tartare with smoked aioli, poached egg yolk and sea salt cracker or Spinach and Citrus Salad with marcona almonds, feta and a ver jus vinaigrette. Main course options, Diver Scallops with country ham, artichoke hearts, white wine butter or 14oz Bone-In Filet with sunny side quail eggs, and truffle hollandaise. Sides include white cheddar Lobster Orzo Gratin with herb breadcrumbs or Tuscan Kale with pork belly and grain mustard. Dessert options are either Chocolate Souffle with vanilla Chantilly and Grand Marnier anglaise, or Greek Yogurt Panna Cotta with roasted pineapple gelee.
