Sure, there's the ever-reliable moon bounce to keep the little ones happily bouncing. But you want art and crafts from over 150 artists. You want music, dance and aromatic foods. You want to stroll around the lake of one of the coolest parks in town. Well, the 43rd annual Festival in the Park fits all of the above bills. The outdoor 4-day fest, arguably the best annual fest in the Queen City, also features pony rides, face painting and other kids' activities. Usher in the cool of the fall season with this wonderful family-oriented event which starts today and runs through Sunday. The best part? There's no admission fee. No pets allowed. Times vary. Freedom Park, 1900 East Blvd. www.festivalinthepark.org.
