Underexposed Film Festival yc MiniFest | In Celebration of Black History Month

The Arts Council of York County is pleased to announce the 2015 Underexposed Film Festival yc MiniFest in honor of Black History Month. The World Premiere of the Friendship 9 documentary filmed in Old Town Rock Hill and its surrounds will be among six short films selected to honor Black History Month by the Underexposed Film Festival yc & the Arts Council of York County. Fr3deR1cK Taylor, filmmaker – Counter Histories: Rock Hill, SC and After the Fall: HIV Grows Up (UFFyc 2012 - In the Limelight winner), moderates a panel discussion featuring African American filmmakers immediately following the screenings.

Price: Tickets are $6 per block when purchased in advance, $8 at the door.
