Mel Brooks' Broadway musical Young Frankenstein is no experiment. The acclaimed production draws from the 1974 film based on Mary Shelley's classic book and is set in a favorite fiend spot — Transylvania. It follows a mans struggle to carry on the laboratory madness of his family or run like the wind from a frightening past (and what could be future). Funny scores such as "The Transylvania Mania," "He Vas My Boyfriend" and Irving Berlin's "Puttin' On the Ritz," liven things up a bit. $20 and up.
