Saturday, April 11

Do you ever sit and find yourself questioning the past, the present, the future or other parts of your life in general? Well, imagine if someone locked you in a room with "no exit" to contemplate these thoughts. In Jean Paul Sartre's play, No Exit, three characters are thrown together in a room by a mysterious "valet." During their stay they do some deep, deep thinking. Check out Carolina Actors Studio Theatre's take on this classic, when they stage a series of performances every Thursday through Saturday from April 2-25. You can't get much more existential than this. $18-$22. April 9-11, 8 p.m.; April 16-18, 8 p.m.; April 23-25, 8 p.m. Carolina Actors Studio Theatre, 1118 Clement Ave. 704-455-8542.
