Actor's Theatre of Charlotte is taking a deep dive in the ruthless waters of corporate America with its latest production, Big Boys. Written by Rich Orloff and directed by Chip Decker, this comedy tells a tale of corruption and greed. In the play, Norm, a "norm"al kind of guy striving to move up the career ladder, works for (and sadly becomes influenced by) a greedy CEO named Victor. What comes next isn't a mystery, but given the current times (you know, when the government bails out a company and that company hands out bonuses like it ain't nothing), it's a timely performance. Show is appropriate for ages 16 and up. $10-$29; Sept. 30 is Pay What You Can Night. Sept. 27, 2:30 p.m.; Sept. 30, 7:30 p.m.; Oct. 1, 7:30 p.m.; Oct. 2-3, 8 p.m.; Oct. 7-8, 7:30 p.m.; Oct. 9-10, 8 p.m.; Oct. 11, 2:30 p.m. Actor's Theatre of Charlotte, 650 E.
