The Young Actor’s Symposium offers middle and high school actors an opportunity learn from theatre and film professionals, Saturday, January 11 and Sunday, January 12, 2014. The symposium offers middle and high schoole a chance to meet with casting directors, talent agents, directors and producers. Numerous workshops will be offered on launching your career as an actor, do’s and don’ts of auditioning, how to create a demo reel, and the Internet and your acting career. Other sessions cover subjects relating to monologues, stage fight choreography, voiceovers, film making, and special effects makeup. Several sessions are open to parents as well.

Price: $15, $25 or $50 for 50 minute session
