Just Gotta Know: A woman called police after her neighbor grabbed her breast and groin area with both hands in an attempt to "verify her actual gender." The victim later stood up for her "attacker," telling police she didn't think he was trying to sexually gratify himself.

NO RESPECT: A teacher at Northeast Middle School filed a police report after she was threatened by a student whom she had asked to be quiet. According to the report, the student cursed at her and acted like he planned to hit her. Two other teachers at different schools also filed police reports after a cell phone and a disk drive were stolen from them at school.

UPSIDE THE HEAD A woman called 911 to report that her ex-boyfriend was hitting her in the head, but by the time cops got there, the ex had fled. Later, the ex's new girlfriend and one of her friends showed up at the woman's house and beat her up, she told police.

VIOLENT HERBICIDE: An unknown suspect snuck into the yard of a King George Drive woman and sprayed her landscaping with some kind of weed killer, decimating her trees and bushes.

GET YOUR OWN BIBLE Someone broke into a Kia Sorento belonging to a West Charlotte woman and stole $5 in change and a bible.

BEERJACKED: A clerk at the Wilco-Hess gas station on Wilkinson Boulevard reported that a man attempted to steal two 12-packs of Budweiser. When the clerk tried to stop him by remotely locking the glass door, he kicked his way through it and left with the beer, doing $500 worth of damage in the process.

STICKY SITUATION: A man called police to report someone had put glue on his garage door, which caused the paint to peel off.
