Join Cathy Knauss of Life Time Athletic Charlotte at Whole Foods Waverly for a FREE Saturday morning TCX class! Cathy will lead the class to combine full-body resistance training with continuous cardio training, perfect for getting your heart rate up first thing in the morning. All ages and fitness levels welcome! This class is free and open to the public. We do recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and athletic attire. Everything else will be provided by Life Time Athletic Charlotte.
