Tantra is an ancient practice that weaves mantra, meditation, mudra, pranayama, and asana into one practice, intentionally sequenced to refine and strengthen prana, or our lifeforce. These tools allow us to peel back the layers and discover our true, and more authentic selves. We will harness the natural, slower rhythm of the evening as a way to slow down, release, and let go. Students should expect a moderate asana practice, followed by floor work with longer holds, and end with an extended savasana and meditation.
