Join SweatNET for a SweatDate at First Wind Cycling! Be sure to sign up ASAP as there are limited spots available! Tickets can be found here: Ride to the Fight is a cardio-filled high energy mash-up class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half of your time is spent kickboxing. Build muscle, burn calories, punch things, and get your mind right. Make sure you bring your tennis shoes! In cooperation with SweatNET, First Wind will be opening its doors to current members and perspective members alike for this event.
