The 4th Annual Spruce Pine Alien Festival lands in downtown Spruce Pine on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This free, family-friendly celebration brings together UFO enthusiasts, sci-fi fans and curious visitors for a full day of extraterrestrial fun. Oak Avenue will become a galactic marketplace filled with alien-themed vendors, crafts and “out-of-this-world” food. Live music will fill the streets with performances by Toe River Bandits, Greystoke and Black Feather on the Milky Way Music Stage.
