BLT Steak Charlotte and Chef Ben Miles are hosting a Spring Harvest Cooking Class and Tasting open to the public. On Saturday, April 26th, from 2pm-4pm, take part in an interactive cooking demonstration followed by a three-course lunch featuring Chef Ben’s fresh farmer’s market finds at Matthews Farmers Market.
