A comprehensive 2-hour practice incorporating Asana, Pranayama, Bandha, Mudra, Mantra and Meditation. Experience one of the most well rounded yoga practices in the yoga world today. We’ll incorporate complimentary techniques to improve overall well-being. This practice transcends layers of the physical, energetic, mental/emotional bodies. Leave the practice with a sense of clarity and connection to your inner teacher. Some yoga experience is recommended and yoga teachers are encouraged to attend.
