The Latin American Coalition and Arts and Science Council have teamed up for Carnaval in Venezuela, an event celebrating a mixture of culture and customs from Venezuela. The festivities include a parade, folkloric and Barlovento drum dances, music from the group UltimaNota and others set to perform using Venezuela's national instrument, the "el cuatro."
