Local actress/artist Nicia Carla will host this event as stage character Carmella Tampone of The World Famous Tampones, a local music/performance art duo. It's an open mic, so anyone is welcome on stage to perform original works, including dances, songs and stories (truth or fiction). This event, the first of what will hopefully become a regular thing, is themed around "Groundhog's Day," so try to keep that in mind if you're brave enough to present a 10-minute-and-under set.
