Somatic Ecstatic begins with an optional 15 minute warm up whereyou can stretch, move and prepare for the dance. After 15 minutes, the doors are closed (and locked) for the opening circle, followed by an hour of facilitated conscious dance and a closing circle and an opportunity for everyone in attendance to share announcements about upcoming events. Please bring a water bottle, a towel, your admission, two layers of clothes, footwear that supports free form movement (or go barefoot)!
