Sideways Eight is a five piece rock and roll group based out of Charlotte, NC. Currently Sideways Eight plays mainstream rock music from the 1980's through today. Sideways Eight was initially formed in the spring of 2000 and has played venues from Tampa, Fla. to the Hard Rock Cafe in Pittsburgh, PA. They have shared the stage with such bands as Ratt, Seven Mary Three, Collective Soul, and Alterbridge. SW8 has been sponsored by Jagermeister, and has a song on the 2005 Jager Music Compilation CD.
