Keep this on the down low, but we're planning a pretty killer GLOW IN THE DARK FLASHMOB at The Cowfish on July 19th and we want YOU to join us! We'll be hosting practices at the Absolute Pilates Studio (6817 Fairview Rd, 2nd floor) every Wednesday until the big day, so grab your friends and family, and get ready for an amazing time on July 19! It's going to be crazy!
