St. Martin's Cross special bottle release will take place alongside a Scottish-inspired brunch prepared by Tim “The Brew Chef" Schafer. The bottle release and brunch begin at 11:00 AM in D9's taproom followed by a public bottle release at noon. St. Martin’s Cross is an Imperial Scotch Ale aged on Talisker single malt Scotch and oak. The Brew Chef will work his usual magic in creating a beer-infused tasting menu. Brunch is limited to 80 guests and tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets include the brunch as and a 22-ounce bottle of St. Martin’s Cross for $25.
