BLT Steak Charlotte will feature a selection of Samuel Adams craft brews paired with a four-course dinner during their Samuel Adams Summer Beer Dinner on August 2. Beginning at 7 p.m., attendees will enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Ben Miles, each course thoughtfully paired with a Samuel Adams craft brew. A light, summer brew will complement the first course, followed by a Belgian Session and Little White Rye, and finished with a surprisingly sweeter blueberry infused brew for the dessert course.
