A practice that uses body rollers and Yoga Therapy balls to release deep tension, aid your practice, go deeper into stretching and bring balance to your posture. This practice is perfect for cyclists, runners or anyone who wants more freedom of movement. Each month we will be focusing on the Upper Body or the Hips and Low Back.
