This exhibit explores the musical roots of NASCAR. Mostly, that means showcasing cars that have been driven by musicians, featured in music videos (like a 1959 Chevrolet Corvette in Brad Paisley’s “Old Alabama”) and sponsored by musicians (like the 2012 Juan Pablo Montoya No. 42 Chevrolet with Taylor Swift on the hood). There’s more than 40 artifacts, including guitars, trophies, attire and more. (Anita Overcash)
