Getting a good night's sleep is vitally important for functioning at our best and staying sharp as we navigate the world around us. The Rest Well workshop will offer tips for getting the best night's sleep we can. It will include simple restorative yoga poses to assist our journey into the dream world, as well as meditations and pranayamas (breath work) that can help lull you back to sleep during those restless nights. No prior yoga or meditation experience required.
