Practice 20 times (in class or at home), weekly support meetings (with 2 chances to attend!), weekly tips, support to help make sustainable change in your daily life. Each week you’ll learn more about yoga, health and most importantly yourself. Get the support you need each week Thursdays at Carmel or Sundays at Dilworth.
