Rascal Flatts never have a problem drawing a crowd to their summer tours, but the real draw here is 22-year-old opening act Kelsea Ballerini. Seems like everywhere we turn these days, she’s popping up — on TV, on stage, on the radio. She lists Shania Twain, Sugarland and the Dixie Chicks as her influences. Past tours have been with Carrie Underwood and Lady Antebellum.
