Portugal. The Man Annoying punctuation aside, the psychedelic rock band from Portland, Ore., has been road-dogging it for nearly a decade. The band released its sixth album, In the Mountain in the Cloud, earlier this year and survived their equipment being stolen at Lollapalooza.
